The future of learning with Danone's learning direction
We've worked with the direction of learning at Danone to help them explore the future of learning in a digital world.
Aware of the transformations at play in the learning field, such as the new opportunities offered by e-learning and the rise of informal learning among collaborators, the group engaged in the process of defining the new role of learning managers and developing new tools to support the change.
Through a 3-day program designed and held in part by faberNovel, Danone's executives were offered the opportunity to alternate moments of inspiration, co-creation and sharing.
We contributed to the program:
by producing and presenting two extensive analysis:
- on mobile strategies
- and on digital identities in the social networks era,
by designing and facilitating 4 co-design workshops aimed at engaging Danone's executives in the creation of Danone's global learning platform.
