Shine the light on live performances through social media.
The opera has very few professional platforms representing its art and community on Internet. Audioand video content is rare, and there is no designated go-to destination online for amateurs. This context has spawned the creation of Oper@ online to gather professional and amateur audiences around rich content.
faberNovel helped this project on 4 different levels.
The first level was defining the vision for the platform. Then faberNovel crafted a solid business model before drafting specifications. Last, we produced a presentation to support the communication around the project.
· Series of workshops
After analyzing the existing offers by various media around the opera, faberNovel held and led two workshops to allow the teams of Oper@ Online to share their expectations and formulate their vision for the platform.
faberNovel proposed a list of recommendations to build a solid business model.
faberNovel accompanied the team of Oper@Online to transform the initial vision into a concrete realization. Their needs and expectations constituted the backbone of the specifications, which precisely defined the functional scope of the project and the describing the details of each feature.
The materials for the presentation were designed with their target in mind: professionals of the opera and financing institutions. It led to securing the support of many actors of the field – thus allowing the preparation for the imminent launch of the platform.
