faberNovel strengthened its position in the Silicon Valley in January 2007 when it created its American subsidiary faberNovel Inc.

Pierre Fremaux

Project Analyst

Pierre Fremaux

Pierre has a degree from HEC, an advanced study degree in audiovisual economy and a master’s degree in philosophy. He started his career in the media industry with audiovisual production companies, then with consultancy companies and at M6. In 2006, he joined the strategic consultancy firm Beijafiore Strategy and Business. There, he conducted missions for several major clients of the web and telecommunications industry. For example, he developed package offers of landline and mobile services for the Belgian telecommunication company Proximus. He also acted as Project Manager on web leader MSN’s portal and for SFR on the company’s geographically localized mobile service strategies and offers. Pierre joined faberNovel in 2008 as Project Analyst and studies digital strategies and their application to the market.

In parallel to his contribution to faberNovel, Pierre Fremaux co-founded Bebelio.com in January 2007, an online social network aiming at connecting book lovers.

Matthieu Lecomte

Junior Project Analyst

Matthieu Lecomte

Matthieu Lecomte received his History and Political Sciences degree from La Sorbonne University and also graduated from HEC.

His first work experiences were in strategic consultancy at the French office of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and at the financial department of L’Oréal Germany. Matthieu then completed an internship upon which he was hired at faberNovel. His main achievements as Junior Project Analyst are that he:

  • contributed to writing studies on Facebook and Google
  • re-defined the digital strategy of a publishing entity
  • re-defined the digital strategy of a B2B weekly
  • improved the innovative process of a mobile phone company
  • set up monitoring tools for a company from the energy industry.

Hélène Huby

Senior Project Analyst
4 years of expertise: 2 years spent in the French administration followed by 2 years in the press and new media industry

Hélène Huby

Hélène graduated from Paris Sciences-Po ENS Ulm and ENA schools and starts working for the French Ministry of Research.

In 2006, she turns towards a new career in the press. She becomes a journalist for Europolitique in Brussels, one of the leading sources of professional information on the European Union. She’s also assigned to the company’s development on the web. Then, Hélène integrates the Bayard-Presse/Roularta joint venture where she acts as an official representative to the Executive officer and advises him on the group’s editorial evolution.

She joins faberNovel in 2009 as senior project analyst with a specialty in editorial project management related to the new media (web and mobile).
