Paul Bois is a Supélec graduate. He joined faberNovel in april 2005 to handle all prototype missions (specifications, design, realization, tests and deployment into the field). Main accomplishments:

He is also co-founder and company treasurer of the “Clean Tuesday” association which purpose is to organize a monthly meeting of all “Clean Technology” players.
Marie Caroline has a Master of Science degree from both the Imperial College of London and Supélec. She joined faberNovel in 2005 to work on the first experiment of the BlueEyes project which she carried through to a successful conclusion.
Since joining, she has successively led and managed innovative projects for clients, internal and external research works, as well as internal project developments. In parallel, she’s in charge of developing faberNovel’s methods and putting them into practice.

Marie Caroline’s work allowed faberNovel to patent several mobile technologies. Her specialty research themes are urban organization and innovative services to individuals.
Arnaud received his engineering degree specialized in information systems from Supélec. After two years as a financial auditor at Mazars working for several industrial, banking and insurance groups, Arnaud Joubay joined faberNovel in 2007 to occupy two functions there. He became faberNovel and faberNovel federation of start-ups’ first Chief Financial Officer and was also put in charge of running the 2D Codes and Flashcodes projects handled for the RATP (French transportation network) as well as implementing the CAUTIC method (technology, innovation and change aided design).
Alexandre Assouad is a Supeléc graduate and was hired upon the completion of a six-month internship at faberNovel.
His main areas of expertise are the web, mobility (AlloCyclo, VLS blog) and data visualization (Urban Mobs project).
Guillaume has a European Law degree and a Master’s in European Business (ESCP-EAP). He joined faberNovel in November 2006 when he was hired after completing his end of school internship with the company. Clément is a student from ENS Cachan (Automated Electro-technical Electronics section - Applied physics, M1 Information System and Technology, Paris XI University – ENS Cachan). Since September 2008 and during his caesura, he is part of faberNovel’s team. Currently student in the M1 « Project Innovation Conception » of Polytechnique, he is performing a research internship as Junior Project Designer at faberNovel. He is in charge of Green Tech operations: participating in the establishment of the Clean Tuesday association, creating an internal company social responsibility chart, canvassing for business, monitoring the market. He has taken part in several projects such as Ma RATP dans la poche (aMOA) and BlueEyes (R&D).

Rémi Rousseau is a 2008 Polytechnique graduate who also received a PIC master’s degree in Innovation and Project Management. He joined faberNovel in October 2008 after completing a 15 month-internship with Lagardère. There, he spent six months working at VirginMega.fr on original ways to promote and value online music, and another nine months at the group’s Innovation pole. His missions there were to explore the use of digital books as well as the transmission of cultural content on the Internet and social media channels.
