Strategic Experiments
Experimenting strategies is the core business of faberNovel XP. Imagining new concepts for products and services, working out experimental protocols, developing, testing and validating prototypes is what they do.
faberNovel Prototype assists contracting authorities (in expressing their needs) or acts as project manager (up to the implementation phase).

faberNovel Inc, American subsidiary
faberNovel strengthened its position in the Silicon Valley in January 2007 when it created its American subsidiary faberNovel Inc.

set up by a number of universities, schools, public authorities and companies from Ile de France, this pole is dedicated to digital industries.
Association promoting the development of Clean Tech in Ile de France and more generally on all French territory. It creates a community environment and aims at binding all those concerned with clean innovations: project designers, industry representatives, public authorities, investors, etc.
As its name indicates, on every first Tuesday of the month it organizes an event where all participants are able to expound their ideas, achievements and expertise.
The Richelieu Committee was created in 1989, and consists exclusively of small and medium sized companies dedicated to the innovative field. It is composed of 200 member companies and a further 2228 companies that are associated to the project, representing close to 100 000 people.
Open and collective project that is a network as well as a think tank, a technology watch, a place where new ideas are born and shared, where innovation and innovators are given recognition. Its mission is to show France as the European country that promotes digital innovation as a dynamic movement with a potential for significant benefits to the nation’s economy and human development.
PICOM represents:
- 60 large and smaller companies involved in distribution of services and technology
- 17 higher education and research establishments
- 12 partnerships with economic entities and public authorities
Members of this pole are all very much implicated in turning Lille and its surroundings into "the international and capital laboratory of tomorrow’s commercial activity".
Silicon Sentier: Association of regional scale assembling some hundred technology companies (Web, Open source and Mobility) in Paris and more largely in Ile de France. It provides an observation and exchange platform for Young Innovative Companies, encourages project experimenting and “crossed fertilizing”. Silicon Sentier wishes to participate in the development of innovation, growth and employment through its acts and vision.
Silicon sentier:
- Organizes a French version of Mobile Mondays, BarCamps and FLOSSdays (Open source community)
- Is a member of the Board of directors of Cap Digital, is part of its thematic commission on “Digital life uses” and is behind the creation of the “Cooperative Intelligences and Technologies” Commission
- Is currently developing two major projects for Parisian Digital technology:
- Quartier Numérique (Digital zone): In vivo laboratory for very high speed Internet and mobile technology in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, named “Living Lab” by the European Commission (http://quartiernumerique.org).
- La Cantine (the canteen) : Place where ICT companies from the Ile de France area may meet to exchange and share ideas (http://lacantine.org).
faberNovel has consolidated the committee’s international network of technological partners in Asia (China, Japan and Korea) as well as in California’s Silicon Valley through its subsidiary company faberNovel Inc. which is based in San Francisco as of 2007.
Such an international network of privileged partnerships allows faberNovel to be very reactive and call up the most qualified people to reflect on emerging issues.
