Since 2007, faberNovel has been present in Silicon Valley with one major ambition: becoming a global visionary in technology, design and innovation.  

The American dream started in April 2006: faberNovel's CEO, Stephane Distinguin and Louis Montagne (former faberNovel's CTO) were part of a French delegation that brought the Mayor of Paris, Bertrand Delanoë to meet then Mayor of San Francisco, Gavin Newsom. Convinced that Silicon Valley was indeed the leading hub in terms of disruptive and technological innovation, they decided to establish a presence in San Francisco. A few months later, faberNovel, Inc. was born.

In the fall of 2007, faberNovel, Inc. found a new home in a spacious industrial loft located in the heart of the SoMa (South of Market) district. Taking advantage of the the extra space offered by the loft, faberNovel, Inc. decided to venture toward a new business direction and created one of the first Coworking spaces in San Francisco, the pariSoma Innovation Loft.

In mid 2010, pariSoma was elected "best coworking space in San Francisco".

In March 2011, while moving to a much bigger space (10,000+ square feet), pariSoma's community grew from 25 to 120+ members in a couple of months with over 50 companies represented. And with more than 200 events organized in 2010 and 2011, pariSoma is well-known as one of the centers for technology startups in San Francisco. pariSoma also helped several French companies establish and launch their activity in the Silicon Valley (Doyoubuzz, Chugulu, Bulkypix, etc.).

Leveraging the rise of pariSoma's ecosystem and vast network, faberNovel, Inc. has also been developing its Innovation Consulting services. Some of our American clients include Steelcase, UCSF, Orange Labs and FNTG. With a mixed team of native American and French collaborators, faberNovel, Inc. aims at bringing to its client the best of both sides of the Atlantic.
